are you a qualified worker?

It's hard to get a job if you don't have any experience in your profession. If you got a job then you'll have a hard time working with your new job. You can't stay longer in that company if you are not patience enough to learn, or if you found a boss like what i have now, then you will be fired or you'll quit the job immediately. That's the big problem that my boss is facing now. Every month he has to hire a new worker. Either he's not satisfied or the new employee couldn't handle the job well.

Since then, my boss gives a month training for new workers and sends them to some seminars if the new employee doesn't have any experience. And i think that's the best way to get a qualified worker. Same as in the construction industry, if you don't have the skilled and qualified worker, then your building will collapse. In every profession, apprenticeships is very important. When you apply a job, those who have experiences or attended some trainings are more qualified specially in construction industry. Although you have the experience you still need to develop your skills.

Don't risk your life in working at the construction. You need to get some construction skills for your health and safety.

i think this applies to any job. if a prospective employer sees that you have different certificates from previous seminars, thats means that you have a a wider experience, which is a big plus, in job hunting. its like its showing that you like improving yourself, that you aim to be a better employee.
