The French nationality and model-turned-actor in Korea, Julien Kang was taken into the police station after seeing him wandering in the street of Kangnam wearing only underwears. The onlookers called the police who found him 1km away from his residence on Sept. 18th at 3 P.M., wearing only underwear and not properly worn undershirt.
Julien Kang told the police that he drank with his acquaintances the night before and couldn't remember anything when he returned home. He also said that he didn't know why he acted that way. He was tested for narcotics but the test result was negative.
